Who We Are


Saska Mateljan

Ever since a young age I've been fascinated by the health and fitness industry. Moving to California in 2014, leaving my office job in Germany behind, I knew this would be my chance to follow my passion into fitness industry. 

But it was not until I went through my first Pregnancy that I fully understood how crucial Diet and Exercise really is and ultimately it inspired me to specialize in women’s fitness.

I want to help women of all life stages to nourish and power their body, strengthen their self-love and self-belief through fitness.

Opening ‘Coasts Womens’ in 2019 was a dream come true for me. I love how the gym has turned into a little family of women supporting and cheering for each other. 

When I’m not at the gym, I’m busy running around with (or after) my Husband Andrew, my sons Henry 6 y/o and Heath 2 y/o and Baby George.


Britty Paige

Personal Trainer 

I first became certified in the Super-Slow method in 2014, when I began working as a trainer and gym manager. I went on to get another personal training certification through NASM, and have continued to earn additional specializations along the way. 


When I first stumbled into personal training, I had no idea how much I would love it and find such a passion for it. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to train so many amazing people over the years. I love being a part of the journey and helping people achieve their goals. I’m so blessed to do what I truly love in life. Outside of training, I love spending time with family and friends, surfing, going outside, and taking naps.

Carliee Cook

Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor

My personal training journey started in college, where I coached gymnastics and dance acrobatics. I graduated in 2018 from the University of Concordia St. Paul with a degree in Exercise Science. I got my Personal Training Certification from NASM shortly after. I’ve always known I wanted to use my knowledge and experience to positively impact the health & fitness of the people in my community. Throughout my years of training I’ve cultivated great relationships with my clients. I’ve worked with women through pregnancy, prepared them for special events, and continued to support them throughout their fitness journey. I love the idea of incorporating both strength training and Pilates into my clients routine! 



The best gyms are small and personal. So we’ve made ours that way. It’s a place where our certified instructors can guide you to your goals, fit your needs, and make sure that every workout is a blast.
