I started training with Saska 6 weeks after my second baby. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the postpartum period and knew exactly what my body was capable of while being respectful to my recovery. Moreover, she is a mom and understands what it is like to be breastfeeding and managing a new baby, but still with a desire to get into shape and be the best version of you. She modified our workouts if I had to hold or wear my baby, and sometimes even rocked him while I did sprints :)
