BODIES BY SASKA

ABS, ARMS, ASS
We focus on arms, abs, and glutes in this full-body burn. We combine muscle conditioning with cardio intervals as we move from one muscle group to the next!

BODY BLAST
Chests, biceps, triceps, shoulders, glutes, and your abs will be worked to the max in this upper and lower body blast class! You’ll work to fatigue while sculpting lean muscle all over – no cardio, just pure muscle-sculpting fun.

ABS, LEGS, BOOTY
A full-body workout focusing on abs, legs, and booty. As you move from one muscle group to the next, the movements will work your muscles in new ways to help you burn calories and tone up!

HARD 🍑
Strong legs and a firm booty go hand in hand. Therefore we do squats, lunges, step-ups, jumps and donkey kicks. And we lift heavy weights because we are focusing on the larger muscle groups.
